Liverpool Gin Bar was born from a simple belief: that the best drinks happen when people feel relaxed, welcomed, and genuinely looked after. We opened our doors on West 39th Street to give New Yorkers and visitors a space that moves at a human pace — far from the rush of the subway below.
Our collection started with a handful of favorites and has grown into over 50 gins from around the world. Each one is chosen for character, not just fame. Our kitchen keeps things simple: small plates that pair naturally with gin, made from fresh ingredients and served without fuss.
